Unable to bear pressure of competitive examination a 17-year-old committed suicide at Fortune Soumya Heritage under Misrod police station area on Sunday.
Police said that the deceased has been identified as Anurag Pathak who hailed from Aligarh Uttar Pradesh and was presently living with his aunt’s house in Misrod.
The deceased committed suicide in the evening hours on Sunday.
He was living for the past few months with his aunt.
The deceased was found hanging by his aunt at around 6 pm and was rushed to Noble hospital where he was declared dead.
The family members told the police that deceased used to remain tense due to examination pressure. He wanted to purse MBBS and was pursuing NEET. Police have registered a case under section 174 of the CrPC and started further investigation.
Meanwhile, a 25-year-old married woman committed suicide by consuming poisonous substance at Budhakheda village under Bairagarh police station area late in the night on Sunday; woman consumed poison after having fight with her husband.
Police said that the deceased Ragini Yadav was found in an unconscious near her house after he left the house late in the night. The deceased asked for mobile phone from her husband Mohit Dangi in the night which he refused and the two started to fight which irked the deceased who consumed poison and committed suicide.
