"The suicide was committed on July 11, but the FIR was registered Friday late night on July 12. Vipin was harassed by a girl student Neha Chaudhary and three other students Anu, Ankur and Arun. Virendra Kumar, father of the victim, who is a serving police constable lodged the complaint which states that Neha Chaudhary daughter of Dharmendra Kumar a resident of 210, Adarsh Colony, Mansi Vihar in Sanjay Nagar Sector -23, along with her two others Anu and Ankur used to tease him for quite a very longtime," said the senior police official.
"Vipin told all his sufferings to his mother Bhagwati Devi about his sufferings who always consoled him and convince him to focus on studies. But they continued to harass him especially from June 14, onward," stated the FIR.
The FIR further states that, when mother told Virendra about the problem, he contacted the teasers, who assured not to tease Vipin again. But on the very same day-July 11, evening between 5 to 6 pm, the victim committed suicide.
"I am a Dalit and the accused are influential persons of higher caste so my complaint was delayed and the accused persons are still at large" added the father in the complaint.
