Chhattisgarh Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Subrat Sahoo on Saturday inspected the polling material stored at Government Agriculture Engineering College, Chatarkhar.
He also scrutinised the map made for distribution of polling materials.
“Tight security arrangements should be ensured while distributing polling materials. The polling team should clearly know the path to be followed while moving in to take the materials and then moving out with the materials,” the CEO told officers.
The CEO asked officers to get a colour map prepared.
District Collector and District Electoral Officer Dr Sarvesh Narendra Bhure informed the CEO that separate arrangements have been made for the distribution of polling materials for Lormi and Mungeli assembly seats. He then briefed about the availability of EVMs, VVPATs and C-TOP mobile App.
