Chhattisgarh Chief Electoral Officer Subrat Sahoo will interact directly with electors on March 15 from 12 noon to 1 pm on social media platform Facebook.
During the interaction, the electors of the state can seek answer to their queries and remove their doubts regarding polls, sources in the CEO’s office said.
The interaction is a part of creating awareness among the voters.
Sahoo will also brief electors on the preparations being made for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections and new innovations being undertaken by the Election Commission of India for the smooth and fair polling.
He will also brief on the cVIGIL app through which people can also register complaint on any violation of election model code of conduct.
It may be mentioned that during recently held state assembly polls 2018, the CEO had interacted through Facebook and Twitter where people had sought clarification on different topics related to election.
