Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication is organising a Three-day International Conference on ‘Digital Media: A Challenge For Developing Nations’ from November 9 to 11, 2019.
The conference will be inaugurated in the university campus at MP Nagar at 11 am on November 9. PC Sharma, Minister Public Relations will be the chief guest for the Inaugural session and Sanjay Shukla, Principal Secretary, Public Relations will be the Guest of honour.
The key note speaker for the session will be Tanja Van Bergen, Senior journalist from Netherlands. Vice Chancellor of the University Deepak Tiwari will chair the session. This Conference is being organised under the Impress Project of Indian Council of Social Science Research by the Department of Advertising Public Relations of the University.
The conference will provide a platform to more than 100 Academicians, Research Scholars and media professionals from across the country to discuss the challenges of digital media faced by developing nations. The research papers compiled in the form of a book will also be released during the conference. The researchers will present their research papers on the different aspects of digital media in eight technical sessions of the conference. Eminent experts including Hema Banati, Dayashankar Mishra, Diwakar Shukla and Anuj Khare will also present their thoughts in the various sessions during the three-day conference.
