Sarkar, an avid golfer and one of the leading criminal lawyers in Jamshedpur civil court for close to four decades is survived by his wife Sushmita Sarkar, son Subir Sarkar, a practicing lawyer in Mumbai HC and daughter Shruti Sarkar.
