For the first time in Chhattisgarh, class I and II examinations will be held with the help of App as part of maiden periodic assessment-1 (PA-1).
Examinations for all government Hindi and C.B.S.E (English medium) curriculum from class I to Class 8th will be held from October 14 to 22 across the state.
School education department has issued directives to all in this regard. The directive stated that a day before the examination a password, which is protected will be given. The data entry of class I and II will be done immediately but from class III to Class VIII th will be done after evaluation of answer sheets.
The details have been provided in App and also on website of State Council of Educational Research and Training, (SECRT). The directive also stated that the data entry should be filled as per the specified time period. The pass word will be used by teachers, head master and district education officer to open question paper to conduct examination.
In case of net-connectivity, question paper can be downloaded but where there is problem of connection, then password can be used.
To ensure quality school education, a new system of monitoring and assessment is being implemented in the state. The data obtained through the App will be analysed at state level. Based on the analysis, the conclusion will be utilised for making further strategies for improvement in learning process.
