The spontaneous Kathak dance was witnessed by the dance and music lovers of the city by Shama Malviya. The classical event ‘Bhav Anubhav’ concluded at Bharat Bhavan.
It was organized by Bharat Bhavan, Bhopal.
The evening began with the alluring Kathak performance by Shama and her troupe. They performed Ganesh Vandana to start off their wondrous presentation. Their speedy footwork and wondrous expressions marked their beautiful performance. They undoubtedly maintained the purity of Kathak performance in their presentation.
Then they performed Kathak on Meera Bhajan. An excellent blend of sensuous movements and graceful footwork with absolute control on rhythm was the performance by the dancers enchanted the audience a lot.
Then the dancers performed Shiv Tandava. This performance was very rhythmical and filled with lot of enthralling footworks that was also enjoyed by the audience. It was a feast for the classical dance lovers.
Later, the evening was followed with presenting the colourful shades of Kathak with the flawless performance of Thumri, Tarana and baitki also. The dancers gave a mesmerizing performance. Their energetic performance and early proficiency in the mathematical aspects of Kathak mesmerized the audiences at the show.
