Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday felicitated 19 skaters of Brahmapur Skating Academy, who have set a Guinness world record by roller skating non-stop for 48 hours at Largest Roller Skating Lesson held at Belgavi in Karnataka on November 10, 2018.
The skaters created the world record during the Largest Roller Skating Lesson in which a total of 545 skaters from various States across the country had participated.
Among others, Sports and Youth Services Minister Tusharkanti Behera, Brahmapur MP Chandra Sekhar Sahu, MLA Bikram Panda, former MLA Dr Ramesh Chandra Chyau Patnaik, CMO Chief Advisor Balakrishnan and Sports Director R Vineel Krishna were present.
