Also, they can help other farmers by working as master trainers. The CM said, “On one hand we are training you to produce more crops by making you aware of new technology. On the other hand, work is also being done to improve the soil of your fields. Two earthen doctors each have been appointed in all the panchayats of the state. He was given a pest for soil testing of one lakh rupees, which would give proper advice by examining the soil of the farmers' fields so that the productivity of your fields is large and you are going towards prosperity and the government can succeed in doubling your income by 2022.”

He said that in this era, skill along with degree is very important. The government will make about 25,000 youths skilled and employ them in the textile industry. The CM said that on reaching Littipara, some students have requested him to open a degree college in Littipara. “Today I declare that within 3 days I will approve the degree college, after which the tender will be taken out and soon the construction work of the college will start. No one can mislead you after being covered by education. I appeal to the youth of Santhal, let the youth join hands and change the picture of Santhal Pargana,” he said.
