‘Badla Hai Apna Pradesh, Badlenge Ab Pura Desh’, meaning brought a change in the state and it’s now time to enforce the change in the country.
The ruling Congress has coined this slogan for the electioneering in the state where it replaced a BJP government a few months ago.
A meeting of the party’s state election campaign committee held at the party’s state headquarters, Rajiv Bhavan, here on Monday finalised the tagline.
The meeting, convened under chairmanship of PCC chief and Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, also chalked out overall strategies for all the 11 Lok Sabha constituencies.
The election committee comprises senior Congress leader and legislator Satyanarayan Agrawal, PCC treasurer Ram Gopal Agrawal, senior leaders Arun Bhadra and Idrish Gandhi.
The meeting decided that Baghel would campaign extensively in all the 11 constituencies in the state.
In the meeting, the senior leaders also finalised the list of in-charges and coordinators for all the 11 constituencies and decided to form assembly constituency-wise committee for adopting strategy according to ground conditions there.
These assembly constituency-level committees would prepare the programme for poll campaign which would be followed by the grass root level workers, it was decided.
