The Congress on Wednesday demanded registration of an FIR into the siphoning of government funds in recruitment of contractual employees in Haryana. Karan Singh Dalal has written to Haryana Governor Satyadev Narayan Arya and alleged that the practice of hiring employees through out-sourcing agencies has reached all-time high in this government wherein the tenders are floated by the government departments for empaneling the outsourcing agencies. The agencies are awarded contracts in illegal manner to benefit the functionaries of BJP, without following the mandatory e-tendering in violation of selection criteria, he alleged.
