Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee (CGPCC) on Monday appointed in-charges and coordinators for all the 11 Lok Sabha constituencies of the state.
These new appointees will lead the poll campaign of the candidates in their respective constituencies.
Congress sources said that revenue minister Jaisingh Agrawal has been appointed in-charge for Korba and Bilaspur and Janjgir Champa constituencies while newly elected legislator and Durg mayor, Devendra Yadav will look after Durg constituency.
The other in-charges are Dr Ajay Tirki for Surguja, Shankar Agrawal for Raigarh, Mohammad Akbar for Rajnandgaon, Pramod Dubey for Raipur, Paras Chopra for Mahasamund, Jatin Jaiswal for Bastar and Salam Rizvi for Kanker.
The coordinators are Safi Ahmed for Surguja, Shekhar Tripathi for Raigarh, Motilal Dewangan for Janjgir Champa, Damru Reddy for Korba, Baijnath Chandrakar for Bilaspur, Jitendra Mudliyar for Rajnandgaon, Bhawarlal Jain for Durg, Pramod Chaubey for Raipur, Amarjeet Chawla for Mahasamund, Manohar Lunia for Bastar and Naresh Thakur for Kanker.
