Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee general secretary and communication department chairman Shailesh Nitin Trivedi said that the Congress has completed all preparations to deal with any eventuality that might arise during counting of votes for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls in the state.
The counting will be held on May 23.
In all the Parliamentary constituencies, the training for counting agents is underway. Separate agent will be deputed for each assembly constituency in all rounds of counting. He claimed that the Congress will win all 11 seats in Chhattisgarh.
He added that separate monitoring of all the preparations is also been done.
A state control room has been established where from May 21 members will be in regular contact with each Lok Sabha in-charge, candidates and other leaders.
On the day of counting, legal cell office bearers and advocates will be present at the state control room and at each counting centre.
Trivedi claimed that in the whole country there is a wave against Narendra Modi and BJP. “It is a vote against Modi-government for not fulfilling the promises and lack of administration. The wave in the state is stronger than what it had witnessed during 2018 Assembly election,” he claimed.
