Country proud of ISRO, says CM

Sunday, 08 September 2019 | Parvinder Bhatia | Jamshedpur

Chief Minister Raghubar Das on Saturday said the country is proud of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) even though ups and downs are part of our life. Interacting with party workers as part of the Pravas Karyakram (residential programme ) at Laxminagar and Bhalubhasa, Das said the country is setting new milestones under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He said the party workers should spread awareness about these achievements among the voters.

“We must thank the people of our State for giving us mandate for a strong Government at the Centre. Since Assembly election is due we want that they should vote on similar lines during the Assembly elections too and form a stable Government. Only a stable Government can ensure progress of the people,” Das said. He added, “We must work to maintain the tempo of victory. For this we have to ensure that workers and leaders spend more time with voters and interact with local and work to end their woes”.

The Chief Minister said the Government is committed to provide houses for those without shelter under PMAY schemes. They are also committed to provide basic infrastructure in each of the urban slums like proper lights, road, drinking water, drains and sewage facilities. The Government is providing skill training to youths to empower them to get jobs.

He also motivated the workers to get ready for next election. He deliberated minutely on issues pertaining to the strengthening of the booth committees. He asked BJP party workers to ensure that Government schemes are implemented efficiently.

He directed BJP workers to give feedback about the implementations of the welfare schemes meant for the poor.

“We need to work at grass root level and spread party’s vision. Our Government will ensure that the development work is carried smoothly. However, if they find any irregularities they can raise their voice,” Das added.

Das noted that the future of the party depends on them so they must unite to spread BJP’s message to fulfill the vision.
