The CREDAI Odisha Managing Committee has decided to hold a property expo here in April. CREDAI members from Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Brahmapur, Sambalpur, Puri, Baleswar, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Jharsuguda would participate in the event to showcase their properties.
The expo would provide an opportunity for customers to get various ranges of properties within their budget with competitive prices under a single roof whereas the developers would get a brighter chance to clinch highest deals within short periods.
The yearly expo could not be held last year due to delay in the RERA registration of projects. The CREDAI Odisha and Bhubaneswar office-bearers, who were present in the meeting, included chairman DS Tripathy, vice-chairman Binay Krishna Das, president SK Routray, secretary Anil Kumar Agarwal, treasurer Anil Mohanty and CSR Committee chairman Sangram K Sahoo and CREDAI Cuttack president PR Maharana and CREDAI Bhubaneswar secretary Sofia Firdous.
