After completing the Phase-III of metro rail network in the national Capital, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is all set to conduct its 6th online ‘Customer Satisfaction Survey’ from Monday.

Through this survey, the Delhi Metro will find out what the commuters think about various aspects of Metro Operations including availability, accessibility and security, feedback/ suggestions on improving the quality of service.

DMRC will conduct the survey in association with the London based Railway and Transport Strategy Centre (RTSC), which manages CoMET (Community of Metros) and Nova benchmarking groups from March 18 to 14th April 2019.

“The main objective of the survey is to know what the commuters think about various aspects of metro operations, and can give feedback or suggestions on improving the quality of service,” said Aunj Dayal, Executive Director (Corporate Communication), DMRC.

In order to participate in the online survey, the commuters have to visit the official website of DMRC and submit their opinion by clicking on the relevant links related to the survey. “The survey form will be available in both English and Hindi,” added Dayal.

Through this survey, the commuters of Delhi Metro can give their feedback on various parameters and all the other important aspects of metro operation and services such as -- Overall Satisfaction, availability, accessibility, reliability, information availability, quality of Service, customer car, safety and security, information prior to travel and during the travel, comfort, crowding and others.

“This kind of survey is organised by the RTSC is being conducted by metros across the world at the same time to find out what their assengers think of the service they provide.These metro organisations will compare the results of the surveys so that they can learn from each other and work toward giving customers even better service,” added Dayal.
