The Khorda district Electro Homoeopathic Physicians’ Association celebrated the 210th birth anniversary of electro homoeopathy founder Dr CC Mattei here on Friday under chairmanship of Dr Susanta Hota.
Senior journalist Sunil Kumar Mishra, Dr Praharaj, Dr Gita Prasad and Prof Dora attended as guests and spoke on Dr Mattei’s contribution towards electro homoeopathy, which has no side effects as its drugs are being prepared from herbal products.
They also said that most of the students are now interested in making a career in electro homoeopathy, for which the Central Government is taking steps to enhance its scope.
The association has decided to create awareness about electro homoeopathy medicines among people.
