In another road accident reported on Sunday, a father-daughter duo fell off the mountainside into a gorge. The accident happened just one kilometre from Reethakhal, Yamkeshwar block in Pauri.
The injured have been identified as Reema (23) and Satendra Rawat (48). According to the information provided by State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), the young woman was returning after giving her engineering exam. Victim Satendra was rescued by SDRF and was given primary treatment before being sent to the hospital while victim Reema herself came back on the roadway from where she was sent to the hospital. Both are undergoing treatment at Satpuli Hans Foundation Hospital.
