BJP national vice president and in-charge of the party’s nationwide membership drive Shivraj Singh Chouhan will reach Raipur at 10.00 am on Thursday.
He will arrive in a regular flight at Swami Vivekananda Airport from Delhi and proceed directly to Shadani Darbar, where he will participate in a plantation programme.
The former Madhya Pradesh chief minister will then reach BJP state office at Kushabhau Thakre premises to hold a meeting on membership drive from 11.30 am to 1.30 pm. He will then participate in the felicitation ceremony of Jan Sangh leaders from 2.00 to 3.30 pm at BJP’s divisional office at Ekatma Parisar, capital city Raipur.
The BJP national vice president will then conduct a membership drive in backward residential area of the city from 4.00 to 5.30 pm.
He will return at 6.40 pm to New Delhi in a regular flight from Raipur.
