Govt issues Magnificent MP-2019 Summit schedule

The State Government has issued a schedule for special sessions to be held during the Magnificent MP-2019 Summit on October 18 in Indore. The first session will be held in the afternoon from 2.00 to 3.30 followed by the second session from 4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. During the Magnificent MP-2019 Summit, special sessions on topics ‘Urban Mobility and Real Estate’ at Tulip hall, ‘MP as a Logistic Hub’ at Maple Hall, ‘Industry 4.0: MP the Emerging Innovation Hub’ at Orchid Hall and ‘MP as the Emerging Pharmaceutical Destination’ at Lilac hall will be held from 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Shrinivasan Jain has been made media moderator for the Tulip Hall. Similarly, Smita Sharma, Sanjay Pugalia and Ruchi Bhatia have been made media moderators for the Maple Hall, Orchid Hall and Lilac Hall respectively. Likewise, the Principal Secretary Sanjay Dubey for the Tulip Hall session, Chief Secretary SR Mohanty for the Maple Hall, Principal Secretary Manish Rastogi for the Orchid Hall and Principal Secretary Pallavi Jain Govil have been designated as coordinators.

Speakers of Sessions are as follows-MD of Hiranandani Niranjan Hiranandani, Vice Chairman and Managing Director N Shrinivasan of India Cement and Chairman RERA Antony DeSa will be the speakers in the Tulip Hall. CEO Gateway Distriparks Sachin Bhanushali,Gaurav Taneja- National Leader of Ernst & Young LLP and MD Pranav Adani of Adani Wilmer will be the speakers in the Maple Hall. Speakers of Orchid Hall are as follows- CEO NITI Aayog Amitabh Kant, President Naascom Debjani Ghosh, and VP & Head Government Business-TCS TejBatla. Lilac Hall – Joint Secretary Health and Family Welfare Ministry-Government of India Mandeep Kumar Bhandari, Joint

Drug Controller FDA Bangarurajan, MD Sun Pharma Dilip Sanghvi, CEO M/s Health Assure  Varun Gera and Director M/s Herbal Dreams-Indore Parikshit Sethi.

The session on Renewable Energy will be held from 4 to 5 pm as follows – Nidhi Razdan in Tulip Hall, Shutapa Paul in Maple Hall, Nisha Poddar in Orchid Hall and Swati Khandelwal in Lilac Hall will play the role of Media Moderator. Coordinator - Additional Chief Secretary Mohammed Suleman in Tulip Hall, Principal Secretary Manu Shrivastava in Maple Hall, Additional Chief Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains in Orchid Hall and Secretary Faiz Ahmed Kidwai in Lilac Hall.

The speakers at the session will be as follows – Chairman Trident Rajendra Gupta, Shreyaskar Chaudhary MD Pratibha Sintax, Shiva Ganapathy MD Gokaldas Exports and Sudhir Dhingra MD Orient Crafts in Tulip Hall.

 Ramesh Kaimal Siemens Gamesa, Sumant Sinha MD Renew Power and Sunil Jain CEO Hero Future Energy will be the speakers at Maple Hall. Similarly, in Orchid Hall, Chitranjan Dar CEO ITC Food Division, Ashok Sharma MD & CEO Mahindra Agri and Rohit Bhatla MD Kagom Foods India Limited will be the speakers. Arun Nanda Chairman Mahindra Holidays and Nakul Anand Executive Director ITC Hotels will be the speaker at Lilac Hall.

Special sessions will be held on October 18 from 4 to 5 pm. These include Textile and Garment: Stitching for Young India, MP Repowering the Country: Opportunities in New and Renewable Energy, Feeding India: Opportunities in Food Processing and Tourism Opportunities in MP.

For the introduction of the subject, 5 minutes have been set by ACS / PS for the presentation of sector wise possibilities in the state, 10 minutes for the speakers and 10 minutes for the question and answers. High Tea will be organized after the end of the special session. There will be cultural programme from 7 pm to 9.30 pm.
