On the occasion, Special DG KN Tiwari said that stress is more due to continuous active functioning by the body irrespective of day and night making the body prone to diseases. In this case, health checkup camps are effective as disorders and diseases are diagnosed early.

Heart specialist Dr Subroto Mandal said that to be healthy, body, mind and relationship is necessary to be healthy. He advised to increase the use of mustard oil and reduce rice and bread. ADG DC Sagar said that Fit India Fit Police Movement is the collective responsibility of all of us.
