The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur welcomed the new batch of executive MBA students. The institute director, professor Kulbhushan Baloon, inaugurated the 7th batch of MBA-WX for the academic year 2019-21 at Dehradun campus recently. Chairperson of the Dehradun campus of the institute, professor RK Padhy, was also present during the inaugural programme.
The inaugural session was conducted at Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) in Dehradun. IIM Kashipur started to offer two-year executive MBA programme since 2016 at its Dehradun campus. While addressing the students at the inaugural session, professor Balooni wished the participants all the success while also assuring them of all possible help and guidance.
The new batch of executive MBA programme consists of participants from various Government and private organisation such as THDC India Limited, Uttarakhand Jal Vidhyut Nigam Limited, OYO, Mahindra and Mahindra, Airtel and Ministry of Defence. Participants have diverse work experience from the domains such as energy, automobiles, IT, banking, media, engineering, e-commerce, FMCG, telecom, pharmaceutical, health, education and defence.
