Geetanjali succeeds in judicial services

Geetanjali, eldest daughter of Under Secretary, Law Department, Government of Jharkhand, Rakesh Sharma has been successful in 30th Bihar Judicial Services examination. She has completed her primary education in Patna and secondary and higher secondary education in Ranchi. Geetanjali has acquired LLB degree from Chankya Law University, Patna.

SBU, Network N+I ink MoU

Sarala Birla University, Ranchi today in ked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with France's renowned Network N+I "National and International" Engineering for Educational and Financial exchange between the two institutions. The agreement was signed by SBU's Registrar Prof Vijay Kumar Singh and French embassy's representative, Golda Malhotra, with the shared sentiment of envisaged progress of both parties.  Announcing this cooperative alliance, Golda Malhotra, representative of French embassy, said that with this coalition, the students of Sarala Birla University are eligible for internship in France and they can also pursue their B. Tech and M.Tech in France. The agreement, Malhotra said, paves the way for the students' future education and job experiences in foreign countries. Under this alliance, the students can also gain scholarships from the government of France.

Activity on Sky and Solar System

The tiny toddlers of Class Prep at DPS, Ranchi presented an activity on the beautiful creation of God that we see high up in the sky. The little ones came forward and gave live displays as the sun, moon cloud, rainbow, and stars.

They explained about the different shapes of the moon and the difference between day and night. They concluded with a presentation on the solar system and talked about why planets revolve around the sun and why life exists only on the earth.

Lawyers’ consultation programme

A Lawyers Consultation on the staus of implementation of the Protection of women from Domestic Violence Act is being organised in the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL) by the Centre for Legal Aid Programme in collaboration with The Alternate Space and the Human Rights Law Network on December 7 and 8. NUSRL Vice Chancellor V Kesava Rao welcomed the delegates and infused enthusiasm in the air with his words.
