Minor dies in freak accident

Altaf Ansari (14) died after being shot at Hirahi Muharram Fair in Sadrathana area of Lohardaga here on Tuesday. The father of the deceased, Shamim Ansari told that he used to study at his maternal uncle's home since his childhood as he did not have a son. People said that the bullet was shot between the arm and the thigh when the boy was trying to get himself clicked in the fair. After the incident, the boy was immediately brought to Sadar Hospital, where he was declared dead after investigation. The Lohardaga police are investigating the incident. There is silence in the area after the death of the innocent. Hearing the information, people of the area reached Sadar Hospital to see in large numbers.

RRD holds Aadhaar camp

For the convenience of the employees working on the Ranchi Railway Division, a two-day camp was organized on the premises of the Divisional Railway Manager's Office on 30 August 2019 and 31 August 2019 to make Aadhaar card and correct it if there is an error. This camp was made possible with the support of Anupam Bharti, Private Secretary to the Assistant Director General of Aadhaar Office, many railway employees benefited from it.
