Janata Dal United to launch special drive

Thursday, 18 July 2019 | Staff Reporter | Bhopal

Janata Dal United has decided to launch a special membership drive in Madhya Pradesh. It has fixed a target of 5 lakh members by end of August.

Janata Dal United State Organizational Secretary Alok Kumar stated that this was decided in a meeting of party workers at its state headquarters in Bhopal on Wednesday. A meeting of the party was organized here to pay homage to late Bachchan Nayak, former State President and MLA of the party. A number of party workers attended the meeting.

It should be known that Party national President Nitish Kumar had launched the membership drive last month at its national executive meeting at Patna. To achieve this target, a massive membership campaign has been launched.
