JDU to contest elections on all Assembly seats

Tuesday, 17 September 2019 | PNS | Bokaro

JDU will contest elections on all the 81 assembly seats of Jharkhand, said JDU National President Sanjay Kumar. “JDU is the only party, emerging fast as a new option in the State. Our aim is to bring a drastic change in Jharkhand by inclusive growth of the people residing here,” said Kumar.

Addressing to the JDU Youth's district conference Kumar said that JDU will contest for change in Jharkhand on the working line of Bihar's Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

"Nitish's development model is now being discussed among the mass across the Jharkhand while trend towards JDU has been increased among the youths too," he added.

Kumar alleged that Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Jharkhand Vikas Morcha (JVM) and Congress Party have been failed on all ends in the State and are responsible for slow pace of development. He said, State witnessed very slow progress which was hindered since from its inception. Notably, Jharkhand was carved out in the year 2000 for the holistic development of the tribes but they were still left in lurch in tribal’s own State. Jharkhand is looking back at a trail of broken promises, political instability and deep-rooted corruption as it completes more than a decade. The state has always made news for the wrong reasons, instability and corruption.

However, the years after the creation of Jharkhand have witnessed the fading of the delusional hype over tribal welfare. Since from its inception, Jharkhand seems to be a fertile ground for scams. The nexus of politicians, bureaucrats and contractors are virtually plundering the State.

“Time and need, demands a good government in Jharkhand for inclusive growth,” said Kumar.

JDU Youth activists are agitating for de-addiction and our 'Janbhavna Yatra' is getting immense mass support across the State, he said.
