Karta App’ launched by Ranchi Smart City Corporation Limited under the One City One Impact Program has got a tremendous response. Over 3000 people have downloaded the App from Google Play Store in past three days.
This programme is being run under the Smart City Mission of the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry. The urban residents can solve their problems of day to day lives by calling the service provider like Plumber, electrician, driver, security guard, car mechanic including more through this application within a few minutes from home.
Chief Minister Raghubar Das, recently launched two public utility mobile applications for the capital city Ranchi through which people can locate and hire skilled service providers for domestic work or repairs, said the official.
People residing in Ranchi can register themselves by downloading the Karta App by going to Google Play store of their android mobile phones. This App is also available on http://karta.org.in, one can place one’s order as per his requirement too through the website, said an official.
The expert associated with the work will reach your home soon after the requirement or complaint registered. In case of any problem, residents can contact the Ranchi Smart City Karta Call Centre on 0651-2446666. This call center will be open from 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays.
