Lalji Tandon, CM express grief over Jaitley’s demise

Governor Lalji Tandon, Chief Minister Kamal Nath have expressed deep grief over the death of former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. Tandon said in his condolence message that Jaitley’s demise is an irreparable loss to him personally and to the country. One of the country's great talents has left us today, Governor added.

Tandon, while paying homage to late Jaitley said that he had contributed to the efforts in making the country an economic superpower. He was an eminent jurist, economist and politician. Tandon prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and to give his family the strength to bear this profound grief.

Chief Minister Kamal Nath has deeply mourned the death of former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley. In his condolence message Nath said that Jaitley was a high-profile legal expert as well as an excellent politician. He was recognized for his clear expression of views on issues related to national interest.

Kamal Nath said that with the death of Jaitley, the country has lost a leader with a straightforward and logical approach. He prayed to the Almighty to grant peace of the departed soul and to give the family and citizens the strength to bear this loss.

Meanwhile, Public Relations Minister PC Sharma has expressed deep grief over the death of former Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

 Sharma said in his condolence message that the country has lost an outstanding and forthright politician with the death of Jaitley.

While paying tributes to Jaitley, Minister Sharma prayed to God for peace to the departed soul. He has expressed deep condolences to the bereaved family.
