A man in Roorkee allegedly stabbed his wife after suspecting her of having an illicit affair.
Gomtipura resident, Amit Kumar, had an affair with Sushila and married her about six years ago and had two kids with her. However, for some time now, he had been suspecting her of having an illicit affair. This led him to allegedly stab his wife. The police have sent her body for post-mortem and arrested the husband. The police informed that the accused had been arrested and that further legal actions are being taken.
The accused told the police that he suspected his wife of having an illicit affair.
