MoU reached for uploading core applications of Panchayats

The Panchayati Raj Department of Uttarakhand has entered into a Memorandum of Understan-ding (MoU) with the Common Service Centres to upload eleven core common applications on Panchayat Enterprise Suit (PES), the platform developed by Ministry of Panchayati Raj under its e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project.

The director Panchayati Raj, HC Semwal said these centres will work at the level of every Nyaya Panchayat. There are 670 Nyaya Panchayats in the State. These centres would upload Panchayat accounting, local and Government directory, area profiler which includes social and economic details.

Other parameters are Plan plus to strengthen decentralised planning, work and scheme implementation monitoring system, social audit, and training and national panchayat portal GIS, National Panchayat Portal and Geo Tagging.
