Though aide of Yog Guru Swami Ramdev, Acharya Balkrishna, was discharged from All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) in Rishikesh on Saturday evening, the mystery of the suepected conspiracy against him continues to linger on. After his urine test revealed traces of marijuana (THC) in his body, speculation is rife about who made him consume the intoxicating substance. On the day the Acharya was hospitalised, Swami Ramdev had tweeted a video message in which he had stated that Balkrishna had fallen ill after consuming a peda offered to him by a man on the occasion of Janmashtami.
Throughout the day on Sunday, Kripalu Bagh Ashram of Divya Yog Mandir Trust where Acharya Balkrishna resides and Patanjali Yogpeeth, his main office of work, were abuzz with the discussions on who conspired to give the sweet laced with intoxicating marijuana to Balkrishna.
Ever since Acharya Balkrishna has returned from the hospital, a number of members of the religious fraternity and his well wishers have been making a beeline to his residence to ask about his well being. The ascetics of the city expressed concern over his health and prayed to Ganga for his speedy recovery. On Sunday morning, Union minister Uma Bharti, the Haridwar district magistrate and senior superintendent of police met Acharya Balkrishna. The other ascetics who visited his Ashram in Kankhal included Swami Rishishwaranand of Chetan Jyoti Ashram, disciple of Swami Swarupanand, Swami Ramanand, former municipal council chairman Satpal Brahmachari, Juna Akhada Aacharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Avdheshanand Giri, Shivam Mahant, BJP councillors and legislators, Baba Balram Das Hathyogi.

Many such saints have been victim of such conspiracies but who was the key person behind this incident will soon be traced out, he said.No complaint has been lodged by Patanjali Yog Peeth in the issue, said the police.
