The faculty members of Madhyanchal Professional University received special training under Faculty Development Programme. The second session was held on Thursday.

A two weeks training has been organised for the faculty members of Madhyanchal Professional University for new information and skill development.

Teaching skills also change according to the time and demand of the industry. Students of institutes who keep their faculty members updated with these skills not only brighten the name of the institute during their studies, but also gain fame by setting up excellent placements or own businesses. In view of this, a week-long faculty development programme is being organized in Madhyanchal University.

Under the training session practical knowledge is being imparted to the faculty members from practical and regional approach through different activities. This training is held under N.S.T.E.B.D, and under Department of Signs and Technology (DST) sponsored by the Government of India.

The programme began from Monday and will continue for two weeks. In which different types of innovative methods will be practiced for faculty members. By joining such training sessions, faculty members return with knowledge of the difficulties in setting up the industry and how to face them.

The programme will conclude on September 28. Madhyanchal Professional University Prof. Chancellor Ajit Singh Patel said that the university is taking initiative to provide good jobs to the students by sending their faculty members in similar training and guiding them in the direction of setting up their own business.

Vice Chancellor of Madhyanchal Professional University, NK Tiwari said that faculty members were informed about various aspects related to innovation and technical and statutory aspects.
