Sipat Super Thermal Power Station of NTPC Limited awarded the overall champion of the most coveted Swarn Shakti award for 2018-19.
The award presented to Vinod Choudhary, Regional Executive Director, Western Region-II and Padmakumar Rajasekharan, Chief General Manager (NTPC-Sipat) by Union Minister of power and New and Renewable Energy in the 45th raising day celebrations of NTPC limited held at Siri fort auditorium on November 9.
There were eight categories, among those Sipat station received award for Productivity and Protection & Improvement of Environment.
Swarn Shakti award is the most prestigious award of NTPC Limited.
The award is presented in the area of Internal MOU, Productivity, Project Management, Safety (O&M area), Safety (Project area), Protection &Improvement of environment, HR, CSR & Medical and Rajbhsha.
