Parents’ body to approach CS, DGP

Chhattisgarh Parents Association state president Christopher Paul in a statement informed on Sunday that it would approach Chief Secretary and Director General of Police for seeking stern action against those involved in a case of The Radiant Way School, Amanaka in which a girl child had been critically injured in an adventure event held at school premises.

The statement said that on November 11 without adequate security and safety measures, the adventure camp was organised in which a class-4 girl student was critically injured.

Saraswati Nagar police Station House Officer and investigating officer filed offence against school management officials instated of principal, directors and adventure company manager and director. The police also released the school management officials on bail under bailable section 337 of IPC, without waiting for the medical report to arrive, having grievous injuries.

The Parents association has sought a stern action against all persons involved in the incident.
