BJP’s rebels who are in poll ring are no longer with the BJP. Bihar’s BJP leader Mangal Pandey, who is Health Minister there made this bold statement here today when he said, “He (read Radha Krishan Kishore) is not in the BJP now.”
Pandey’s statement on rebels has come at such a time when there is still left 4 phase of polling as nomination for first phase has just ended on November 13. Pandey gave his reaction to a query in regard to Kishore the chief whip of BJP in the outrunning Assembly, who not only joined AJSU but filed his nomination on AJSU symbol thereby giving a straight challenge to BJP’s nominee Pushpa Devi there from Chhaterpur assembly constituency.
Asked it would have been far better for BJP now to expel all such leaders, who on being denied party symbol rose in mutiny against the BJP now to which Mangal Pandey made a very diplomatic reply, “Such leaders are not in the BJP.” He refrained from making any statement with regard to expulsion of such leaders from the party. Again pestered that expulsion of rebels would have sent out strong disciplinary action Pandey decided not to utter a word on this. He said our allies AJSU & LJP are with us and there is no cleavage in our relationship.
Further asked that new chief has announced to field 50 candidates of his party here in this vidhan Sabha election Pandey said LJP’s big face Ramvilas Paswan is strongly with the BJP and there is no worry at all.
