Wednesday, 23 October 2019 | Staff Reporter | Bhopal

A play 'Parnika' was beautifully presented at Shaheed Bhavan here on Tuesday. The artists left the audience totally mesmerised.

Written and directed by Nitish Dubey, the play was wonderfully presented by Karmyogi Theatre Troupe. The play is completely fiction.

One day a king after returning to his kingdom, with his army, the entire army decided to take a break in the evening. When King Atharva rested in the forest, he saw princess Parnika and dell in love with her at the first sight.

The king orders his army to return the king and he stayed with Parnika in the forest. Hearing this, the chied advisor becomes extremely angry under the royalty and orders the king to return quickly.

The King asks Parnika to wait for him as he will marry her when he will return.  The king goes to the palace with all this dream and wins to take Parnika.

But, king's friemd Bhola understood the entire game plan by chief advisor. He knew that chief advisor created Mayawati Rakshas with the influence of his illusion, and kept princess his hostage.

Bhola told everything to the king and king fought with the demons only to emrge as victorious. After it, the king orders a death penalty to the chief advisor and took Parnika back to the royal palace.

It depicts truth and love in the form of faith, treachery, traumatization, cruelty and harmony. It was beautifully presented and the audience loved the show.
