BJP Scheduled Tribe Cell national president and Rajya Sabha member Ramvichar Netam through a letter to Railway minister Piyush Goyal has raised the issue of late running of Durg-Ambikapur-Durg daily train. He in the letter stated that Durg Ambikapur (18241) and Ambikapur-Durg (18242) is a daily train running between the stations and is regularly late due to which daily passengers face problem. The issue was raised several times before the South East Central Railway to resolve it and brought to notice of senior railway officials but in vain.
Netam urged Railway Minister to intervene to ensure the trains run on time to facilitate the daily passengers.
