PM Modi wishes Naveen on birthday

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Ministers Dharmendra Pradhan and Pratap Chandra Saraning, among many noted persons, conveyed good wishes to Chief Minister Naveen Patanik on his 74th birthday on Wednesday.

The PM took to Twitter and wrote in Odia which is translated as “Greetings to Odisha’s CM Shri Naveen Patnaik Ji on his birthday. May he be blessed with a long and healthy life.”

Pradhan and Sarangi also took to Twitter and conveyed their wishes.

“Good wishes to CM Shri Navee Patnaik on his birthday. Let Lord Jagannath give you long and health life,” wrote Pradhan.

Sarangi tweeted, “Hearty birthday wishes to Naveenbabu. Let Lord Jagannath make your path flowery and give you long life.”

“Happy birthday to CM Naveen Patnaik. Many many happy returns of the day, sir. Mu Bhagaban nk pakhare prathana karuchi apnk health bahuta bhala rahu,” tweeted Dutee.

Sudarsan tweeted, “A very Happy Birthday to Hon'ble  CM @Naveen_Odisha sir. May Lord Jagannath bless you with good health and long life,” “This year, Cyclone Fani has caused a lot of damages. In view of that I have decided not to celebrate my birthday,” a CMO statement said quoting the Chief Minister.

The Chief Minister urged the well-wishers and party workers to visit orphanages and schools meant for disabled children instead of coming to wish him at Naveen Niwas. “Not just my birthday, you should visit such places on all your memorable days,” he added.

Patnaik also expressed his happiness for the blood donation camps held by the BJD under the ‘Jeevan Bindu’ across the State on the day.
