Police arrest man with 457 capsules

District police have arrested a man with 457 capsules o controlled drugs.

The accused has been identified as 40 year old Tasleem, resident of Gandhigram, Dehradun. He was presented in the court on Monday.

According to the information provided by Kotwali police, the accused was arrested during a checking drive that is being conducted in district against drug abuse.

During interrogation the accused said smuggled these drugs from Saharanpur and used to sell these to local students from schools and colleges. He is unemployed for quite some time and does this to earn quick money.
