Haridwar police have recovered a child who had gone missing while bathing in the Ganga at Har Ki Paidi some days ago. The child was kidnapped by a woman who used him for begging. The child was allegedly kept hungry for hours together and beaten. The police arrested the woman with the child and later on united the kid with his parents.
