BJP leaders, party workers and Indore Mayor staged protest after Lasudia police refused to register a case against Congressmen who created ruckus and misbehaved with BJP leaders and corporators on the second day of the ongoing IMC budget at Brilliant Convention Center.

After the Congressmen barged into the meeting venue and created ruckus Mayor, Indore and MLA reached Lasudia police to lodge a complaint but the police failed to accept and register case and told them that enquiry would be done which infuriated BJP leaders and workers and they staged protest at the Lasudia police station.

The BJP MLA Mahendra Hardiya said that the action by the Congressmen was shameful. The protestors claimed that the day is black day in the history.

Senior police officers rushed to the spot to control the situation and tried to pacify them. Mayor Gaud discussed the issue with SSP Ruchi Vardhan Mishra and she maintained that after the enquiry FIR would be registered. It has to be investigated that the alleged accused have created ruckus.

According to the information, the citizens of the ward who were frustrated by the disrupted water supply and water crisis staged outside the corporation council office. They were led by Chintu Choukse.

The citizens were protesting by erecting tents outside the corporation council office. They were raising slogans against the officers of IMC and later they entered the corporation council conference hall and started shouting slogan of assaulting BJP councilors.

Chairman Ajay Singh Naruka warned of suspending Madhavi Choukse, who was creating ruckus and told the leader of the opposition to get these people out as they are using abusive language and creating ruckus.
