“When I look at the women around me, I feel that so many of them have immense talent but have still not been able to step out of their shells. My only thought while preparing for this pageant was that if I am able to get the crown it will be a great source of motivation for others to live their live their way,” said Dhanani,.

The entire event was spread over three days- April 18 to April 20. On the first day the contestants had a photo shoot and a talent round. On the second day they were taken to a school for the differently abled for a brief interaction. On the main evening there were three rounds followed by a question answer session.

“My husband and son have supported me immensely and have always stood by me. It is an achievement for life and the crown motivates me to do something new, give it my best shot and achieve it,” she remarked.

We are extremely happy with her achievements. Whatever we are today is because of our Alma Mater and we are proud to be part of EWA. Her achievements will also set a president for others to chase their dreams”, said Asmita Srivastava, joint secretary EWA and an advocate at the Jharkhand High Court.
