The State Bank of India (SBI) will organise a Mega Customer Meet nationally on May 28 to engage
with customers to further enhance their experience and provide better service delivery. SBI customers can attend the programme in 22 locations of the State.
Under this initiative, customers can interact with bank staffs to discuss their concerns and share feedbacks and suggestions on the banks’ products and services.
During the session, the SBI officials and employees will educate customers about the use of alternative banking channels for secured and seamless banking experience.
Bank employees will also inform/educate customers about the features and convenience of using YONO SBI, an omni-channel digital banking and lifestyle platform.
