In a theatre workshop being organised in the city the school students are brushing up their skills. The workshop is specially organised for the school students.

Being organized for the aspiring children by Sagar Guncha Theatre Troupe the participants are now rehearsing for new production.

The students are preparing two productions in the workshop. Both the plays are based on Panchtantra stories. They are taught about how to learn theatre which is another interesting way to engage children in theatre.

During the workshop, children are taught the voice modulation and also the, Subject improvisation and management skills as well.

All kinds of theatre forms are being taught to the students to get acquainted with theatre art.  The training programme is divided into three sections which included theory, practical and application.  Theatre is a collaborative form of fine art that uses live performances of may be real or imagined events on stage before the audiences. Here the performers have to communicate these events through combination of gestures, speech, song, music and dance.

The students are being trained to improvise the sense of acting, gestures, expressions and emotions. Gupta further, said that the students are also taught basic acting exercises to strengthen their acting foundation. This training programme   further aims to free students from self consciousness and strengthen their concentration through sensory exercises. Students are given assignments to apply in their theatrical personality and performance. The students are learning various forms of theatre performances and they would stage it before the Bhopalites on the concluding day of the workshop.
