nDelhi Congress president and former Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit has congratulated teachers and entire staff of the RD Public School, VD Institute of Technology Krishna Vihar for providing quality education in the resettlement colony.
Addressing the annual day function, the former Delhi Chief Minister asked parents to encourage their children to pursue higher education for better future.
Dikshit said the face of education had changed in Delhi due to the 15 years of rule of the Congress. Dikshit was the chief guest of the function. The function was presided by former MLA Jai Kishan.
Jai Kishan said that majority of the students of this school are from resettlement colonies and the school is being run as no profit no loss basis. On this occasion, former MLA Sushila Jaikishan, Rahul Dhaka, Yogita Dhaka, Varun Dhaka, Varuna Dhaka, School Director Alka Jakhar, Principal Sandhya Bhardwaj were present.
