As announced earlier, the Shiv Sena began its efforts against the spread of dengue in Dehradun by fogging the Press Club and nearby areas here on Thursday. Accusing the Health department of apathy, the Shiv Sena has decided to take action by undertaking fogging in the city.
At the Press Club, its head Vikas Dhulia, former head Naveen Thaledi and other office bearers began the fogging along with the Shiv Sena state chief Gaurav Kumar. Speaking on the occasion, Kumar said that the Shiv Sena doesn’t limit itself to blaming the Government but also works on the solution to problems.
While the government departments are failing to do the needful, the Shiv Sena is doing its bit to raise public awareness on health in the provisional State Capital.
The party will continue this campaign and on its office being contacted, Shiv Sainiks will facilitate fogging wherever it is needed in the city.
The Press Club office bearers and members of the media fraternity appreciated the initiative taken by the Shiv Sena.
