Bhopal’s jewellery designer Shweta Pathak bagged the most prestigious award of jewellery industry ‘Retail Jeweller India Award’ 2019 at Mumbai recently.
Shweta secured first position in the Precious Gem Stone Ring category in the competition held in Mumbai. The competition was organized by the Retail Jeweler India Magazine that witnessed participation of various jewellery brands across the country.
While talking to media persons here on Tuesday, Shweta detailed about the competition stating that the way the film industry has the biggest Oscar award, in the same way it is the Oscar award of the jewellery industry. Shweta has been working in the field of jewellery designing for the past seven years and participated in events not only in the country but in different cities of the world.
She told that she was being nominated for this award in the top five continuously for the past four years. “The most important thing to pay attention is that this time I specially designed an exceptional design of a ring in precious gem stone which is colorful and shiny.
The butterfly placed on the top of the ring is cherry on the cake which gave an alluring look to the ring,” she added. Shweta informed that this competition takes place in total 16 categories. This includes categories such as Gold Bridal Jewellery, Gold Earrings Jewellery, Diamond Bridal Jewellery, Diamond Earrings, Diamond Bracelets, Gold Ring and Diamond Ring.
