Software company allegedly dupes Patanjali Ayurveda for Rs 2.25 crore

The general manager of Patanjali Ayurved Limited (PAL) Kavendra Singh lodged  a complaint against Gofrugal Technologies Limited, a Chennai –based software making company, at Bahadrabad police station on Tuesday, alleging that the company had   duped Patanjali Ayurved Limited of Rs 2.25 crore. It was further  alleged  in the complaint that PAL located at Padartha village has incurred loss to the tune of Rs 15 crore till date on account of the delay in software implementation by the company.

 The complaint had been lodged against the director and the chief marketing officer of the company, citing forgery, deception, wrong modus operandi and extortion of money through threats, PAL sources said.
