The aspiring theatre actors of the city are all set to woo the Bhopal theatre buffs with their ballet skills. Showcasing the different shades of ballet the artists are set to present the final production of their ballet workshop.
After learning the theatrical aspects and brushing up their skills in a theatre workshop, the artists will stage the ballet at Rangashri Little Ballet on Monday.
The final rehearsal of the ballet was carried out at Rangashri Little Ballet Troupe hall here on Sunday. The ballet is directed by a known ballet artist and playwright of the city Yogendra Singh Rajput and it will be presented by the children who participated in the 15 day summer ballet workshop.
Notably, the artists were trained by the renowned theatre artist Yogendra Singh Rajput who taught them about ballet and its origin who has been working with theatre aspirants since years. “To begin with the basics of theatre activities it is important for the artists to know in what pitch the voice has to be used while acting on stage,” said Rajput.
Elaborating further he said, “It is also important to be patient and manage all the theatre activities with brilliance and this is what we taught as the vital basic of theatres.”
The artists were taught the basics, moves on the stage, dialogue delivery and most importantly the voice modulation. Different forms of ballet will be performed during the final production which the participants worked out on during the 15 day workshop.
